Recently, I’ve focused on improving operational tools and workflows in healthtech, designing systems that connect clinical teams, streamline processes, and make everyday work more intuitive. In previous projects, I’ve restructured mortgage application flows, reduced time-to-approval from 90 days to under a week, and built design systems adopted across multiple teams.
